Hearts & Flowers Lunchbox

Materials:

  • Tin Lunch Box
  • 12×12 sheet of paper
  • 2 scrap pieces of paper
  • Buttons (at least 2 or 3)
  • Heart stickers
  • Alpha stickers
  • Glue stick

Directions:

1. Cut your 12×12 piece of paper to fit the lunchbox and adhere it with your glue stick.

2. Take your first piece of scrap paper and rip it to get the tear effect and glue it to the bottom of your tin box

3. Take your second piece of scrap paper and cut it into a long strip (about 4 x 12 inches) and adhere it about an inch down from the top of your box

4. Take your buttons and place them across the strip of paper on the top.

5. Add your heart stickers to your bottom piece of paper on your box

6. Finish your box off by adding letters in the hearts that spell a child’s name or what you will be keeping in the tin

Hearts & Flowers Lunchbox

Materials:

  • Tissue box
  • 12×12 piece of paper with rose print
  • 12’ ribbon
  • Tissues
  • Hot glue gun
  • Scissors

Directions:

1. Plug in the hot glue gun.

2. Take your 12×12 sheet of paper and cut it to fit the 4 sides of your tissue box.

3. Attach the paper to your tissue box with your glue gun.

4. Tie a ribbon around the middle of your tissue box

5. Fill your box with tissues.

Heart and Hands Valentine

Materials:

  • Scrapbooking paper
  • Scissors
  • Scrap of tight-woven lace
  • Potpourri
  • Ribbon to match the paper
  • Embroidery floss
  • Pencil

Directions:

Fold the paper in half. Take your hand and lie it across the paper closed. trace your closed hand shape onto the paper. cut out. You now have duplicates- a front and back of your hand! While the hands are being held together, cut out a heart shape in the center where the palm would be.

Now separate the hands. Use a glue stick and glue a piece of lace over each hands heart. Now take the glue and glue the top part of the hands together right up to the lace.

Then add a small amount of the potpourri to the heart and finish gluing shut. At the bottom cut incisions to allow you to run a piece of lace through. Cut from another piece of paper a paper heart and glue it to the ribbon!

Optional: You can also do a running stitch with embroidery floss around her heart.
